Profile, password, and account
Open Settings → Your Details for your profile, password controls, and account deletion. These are account operations, separate from changing a client's record or a project's instructions.
Save your details
The profile form contains your full name, displayed account email, VAT number, phone, website, street address, city, ZIP/postal code, and country.
The current form requires full name, VAT number, street address, city, and country. Phone, website, and ZIP/postal code are optional. The displayed email is read-only; this form is not an account-email change workflow.
Edit the fields and choose Save profile. Typing does not save each field automatically. Cancel leaves the form without submitting those edits. If profile data cannot be loaded, use Retry before editing a supposed empty profile.
These details supply the seller information for newly created quotations. A quotation already saved contains the earlier captured information; editing your profile does not rewrite it. See Quotation revisions.
Change a password while signed in
- Choose Change password in Your Details.
- Wait for the verification code sent to the displayed account email.
- Enter the code, the new password, and its confirmation.
- Save the password change and wait for the result.
Use Resend code when necessary. Cancel closes the password-change form without applying the new password. An unsuccessful verification or password update leaves an error to resolve before the change is complete.
The password must contain lowercase a–z, uppercase A–Z, a digit, and a supported punctuation symbol. Its encoded length must be between 8 and 72 bytes. Ordinary ASCII characters each use one byte; other characters can use more. Both new-password fields must agree. Follow the field's displayed requirements and validation result.
Recover access from the sign-in page
Use Forgot password from sign-in to begin recovery, then follow the account email's recovery link. The password-reset page needs the recovery session created by that email action; opening the reset address on its own does not authorize a password change.
Enter and confirm a password meeting the displayed requirements. After a successful recovery reset, the app signs out of the recovery session and returns you to sign-in. If the action has expired or cannot be verified, request a new recovery email rather than repeatedly using the same invalid action.
Account creation can also require an email-confirmation action. Use the confirmation email and the offered resend control when appropriate; a saved sign-up form is not always an already verified sign-in session.
What signing out means for local work
Signing in with the same account elsewhere does not transfer this installation's local projects. Signing out and choosing a different workspace are not backups or account-deletion actions.
Use Storage and backups before moving devices or removing local work. Keep the exports and backup needed to continue a job independently of the current installation.
Delete your account
Account deletion is permanent
The Danger zone → Delete account action is for permanent removal of the account and its associated work, not hiding a project or signing out.
Before using it, export any documents/resources you intend to retain and make the applicable local backup. Open the deletion dialog, read its description, and type the signed-in account email to enable confirmation. Cancel keeps the account.
The operation can require a recent sign-in. If requested, sign out, sign in again, and return to confirm deletion within the displayed ten-minute window.
Deletion includes local account-data cleanup and a request to remove the account's saved data. If the operation reports that local data was removed but the account still exists, read that partial-deletion message and complete the requested sign-in/retry steps. Do not assume an error means no data was removed.
Plans and allowances
Use Settings → Subscriptions for the choices currently available to the signed-in account. A plan description is not itself an enabled checkout. When the page offers a launch notice or Notify registration, use those controls rather than expecting an inactive purchase action.
Current allowance and selected-period AI usage statistics answer different questions. Changing an editor preference does not change the account's plan or create allowance.
