Review ribbon
The Review tab supports the human checking process: investigate terminology, leave notes, mark rows to revisit, and decide on tracked changes. The Searchspeare document Review action is in File; the Review tab is a collection of checking tools.

Read, check terms, and bookmark segments
| Command | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Zen Mode | Switch to distraction-free reading and back |
| Check Terms | Check the loaded unlocked units against the project's glossary terminology |
| QA Rule | Open creation of a custom QA rule |
| Regex library | Open saved pattern resources for reusable searching or related work |
| bookmark | Mark or unmark selected segments for a later pass |
Check Terms checks unlocked segments across the whole open file or View, including rows hidden by filters. Open the resulting findings and inspect their context. See Terminology QA.
QA Rule creates a check; it does not create an AI translation instruction. Choose pattern checks for mechanical conditions or Searchspeare QA rules for suitable natural-language requirements.
Add a comment
Comment creates a note for the current segment or relevant selection. Select one row and choose a meaningful text range when the note concerns particular wording. Comment availability follows the file's review permissions.
Comments opens the overview for finding and revisiting existing notes. Use it to work through decisions, rather than adding another copy of an unresolved question. The comments guide explains creation and review.
Decide on tracked changes
Accept changes and Reject changes act on tracked changes in the selected unlocked units. They can include changes on the source and target sides where the workspace supports them. Check the selected rows before making a group decision.
Hover previews help inspect the result before committing the decision. Show Changes switches between the changes, final, and original presentations. Changing the presentation does not itself accept or reject revisions.
After deciding on changes, check the resulting meaning and tags and use Confirm when appropriate. Acceptance of revisions and confirmation of translation are separate operations.

Clear filters after investigating results
Use the QA, Spellcheck, and Review tabs for their full workflows. Closing a result tab does not clear automatic document filters; use the filter bar's Clear all to restore the full loaded table.
