Dashboard and statistics
The Dashboard menu provides pages for reviewing current work and recorded activity. Your Week shows projects, tasks, dates, and a short-period summary. Statistics provides four tabs for examining a selected period. Tasks and Calendar have their own planning pages.
Key points
Use Your Week for deadlines and current work, and Statistics for a selected period. Check each measure's date, currency, and calculation before comparing it with figures on another page.

| Statistics: Finances | Project values, invoice totals, outstanding invoices, quotation outcomes, and value per tracked hour |

What the figures count
A figure labeled Revenue, Earnings, Words, or Projects can use a different calculation on another page. Read the page-specific explanation before comparing them.
For example:
- Your Week's Earnings uses project values associated with deadlines in its displayed period.
- Statistics Overview uses the full value of projects with recorded work in the selected period.
- Invoiced Revenue uses qualifying invoice totals.
- Productivity Words uses source words in qualifying confirmed units.
- The year-long Translation activity grid records target-word confirmation activity.
These figures answer different questions. None is automatically a measure of money received, every word typed, or the quality of a translation.
Open the projects and records behind a figure
Project dates, status, client, language pair, subject areas, price, and currency affect the relevant displays. Invoice and quotation dates, totals, and statuses affect their own statistics. Working time and confirmations must be recorded before they can appear in productivity figures.
The available records also depend on the workspace you are using. Read Storage and backups when projects appear on one device or workspace but not another.
