Filters for comments, changes, and bookmarks

Open Filters in the translation table toolbar and find the Review section. Clear Search filters to see the complete menu, then scroll to this section. That search field only narrows the menu items; choosing a filter changes the document rows.

Each image below shows the individual filter enabled, with its blue icon. Click the condition again to exclude it, and once more to turn it off. See the three filter states and Filter Settings for how these conditions differ from source and target text searches. Other active conditions and searches still apply.

With changes

With changes enabled in the Filters menu.

Shows segments containing recorded insertions or deletions in the target. A pending assistant proposal is a separate item and is not a recorded target revision.

When to use it: Make a pass through tracked changes before accepting or rejecting them in Review.

Example: After an edit is recorded with Track Changes, use With changes to find its segment, even when the Final display hides the revision marks.

Red: Without changes. Keeps targets without recorded insertions or deletions. For example, use it to read text that has no remaining tracked revisions while handling the marked revisions separately. An ordinary edit made with tracking off can remain.

With comments

With comments enabled in the Filters menu.

Shows segments that have comments. This is a presence check, rather than a check that a comment is unresolved.

When to use it: Collect review notes and questions before a handoff or final reading.

Example: Add a terminology question to a segment, then use With comments to return to rows carrying notes.

Red: Without comments. Keeps rows with no comments. Use it to read uncommented passages separately; it does not mean “all questions resolved,” because the positive condition checks comment presence rather than resolution.

Bookmarked

Bookmarked enabled in the Filters menu.

Shows bookmarked segments.

When to use it: Return to questions or passages you deliberately marked for later attention.

Example: Bookmark a sentence while waiting for clarification. Enable Bookmarked to find it again without remembering the exact wording.

Red: Not bookmarked. Keeps unmarked rows. For example, bookmark the passages awaiting clarification, then use the red state to continue reading the remainder. It does not remove the bookmarks.

Show all segments again

Use the table filter bar’s Clear all to remove its searches, conditions, matching options, automatic result restrictions, and sorting. This restores the rows in the open file or View. It does not open files outside that scope.
