Project ribbon
Project commands are not selected-row actions
The Project tab contains actions concerning the project as a whole. Check the current project name before a delivery or completion action: selecting a few table rows does not turn a project command into a selection-only operation.

| Storage, when available | Synchronizes this project and changes whether you work from its local or cloud workspace |
Export project files
The Export menu offers the applicable translated-file, bilingual-file, TMX, and original-file choices. Bilingual-only inputs have fewer relevant options. Available extensions depend on the actual files.
Use Project → Export for project-wide delivery. Use File → Export when the current file or View is your intended scope. Neither action exports just the words currently highlighted in a segment.
Follow Files and export for tags, tracked changes, segmentation restoration, and supported output types.
Mark a project Finished
Finish requires the project's units to be confirmed or locked. It concerns every file, including content hidden by editor filters. A locked exclusion and a reviewed confirmed translation have different meanings even though either can satisfy that completion condition.
Inspect the files, deliberate exclusions, and assigned memories before finishing. Finish does not email the files to a client. See Translation workflow for a complete delivery pass.
Manage project resources
Use Project Home in the right-side panel for project details, files, Views, instructions, memories, and glossaries. The Project ribbon provides actions; the Project Home tabs provide the corresponding management workspace.
Read Storage and backups before using Storage to move between local and cloud work. This is a project synchronization and workspace action, separate from exporting a delivery file.
