Your Week
Your Week is a moving seven-day window
Open Dashboard → Your Week for current projects and planning information. The summary period is the seven-day range from three days before today through three days after today. Read the dates printed on the page; it is not necessarily Monday through Sunday.
Read the summary cards
| Card | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Earnings | Sum of recorded prices for non-cancelled projects whose deadlines fall in the displayed summary period, shown separately by currency |
| Projects | Number of non-cancelled projects created in that period |
| Words | Confirmed source-word activity returned for that period |
| Time | Tracked working time for that period |
These cards use different records and dates. A project created last month and due this week can contribute to Earnings without contributing to Projects. Earnings is not a bank-payment total. The small line and change indicator provide the comparison described in Date ranges and chart controls.
Use the calendar
The compact calendar shows project activity across the displayed seven-day range. Expand it to show the current month's calendar, and collapse it when you want the shorter view. Expanding the calendar does not change the summary-card period.
Read project names, dates, and status indications. Use a project link to return to that job. A day selection can open the translation-project list with date filters applied. The calendar shows dates recorded in Searchspeare. Check the full task and project lists for work outside its displayed range.
Recent projects lists up to three recently visited projects. A project with a remembered file can reopen that file; otherwise its project page opens. This is a navigation history, rather than a list of the three newest or highest-value projects.
Review projects and tasks
The lists shown depend on the available tasks and projects:
| Section | What to check |
|---|---|
| Due today | In-progress projects with a deadline today |
| Overdue | In-progress projects with a deadline on or before the end of the third day after today, excluding projects already listed as due today. Despite this heading, the list can include approaching deadlines as well as overdue projects |
| Coming Up This Week | Other in-progress projects due within the upcoming seven-day window, excluding projects already shown in the two earlier lists |
| Tasks | Dated, unfinished tasks due from today through the upcoming seven-day window, ordered by date and then priority |
| Ready to invoice | Available billable projects that you can inspect before preparing invoices |
Use Show more, View all, or Show less when a list has more items than its initial preview. Open a project to work on it. Task entries lead to the task-management page.
The task preview is not a complete overdue-task list. Use Tasks and its filters when you need to inspect all unfinished or overdue tasks.
The invoicing reminder reflects the available billable-project records. It does not create or deliver a document automatically.
Read Active clients
This section summarizes clients associated with projects in the dashboard's deadline-based period. It includes project counts and recorded project values, keeping currencies separate.
It does not mean every client in your address book, and its totals are not invoices paid during the week. Use the Statistics tabs for a selected work-activity period or invoice analysis.
Read Translation activity
The grid covers the last 365 days. Each square represents one day. Its intensity indicates the amount of recorded confirmation activity; hover over a square to read the date and target-word total. The heading shows the total across the grid's period.
This grid records target words added through segment confirmation. Confirming a selection records newly confirmed targets in that operation; targets already confirmed in that selection are not counted again by the same action. It is not a count of every keystroke or a complete reconstruction of imported historical work.
Click a day to open the translation-project list with that day applied to its activity-date filters. The grid and Statistics Productivity do not use the same word measure: Productivity uses confirmed source words from current unit records. Their totals can differ.

Check a missing item
Check project status, deadline, task due date, billable state, and the current workspace. A project outside the displayed date window may still exist. Use the full project, task, or invoice lists when you need all records.
