Filters for numbers
Open Filters in the translation table toolbar and find the Numbers section. Clear Search filters to see the complete menu, then scroll to this section. That search field only narrows the menu items; choosing a filter changes the document rows.
The blue-icon images show a filter enabled. Click the condition again to show its red, negated state, and once more to turn it off. The Without numbers images below show that red state too. See the three filter states and Filter Settings for how these conditions differ from source and target text searches. Other active conditions and searches still apply.
Choose the source or target version of a condition to choose which language side it checks. These are separate menu choices: enabling both requires both sides to pass their respective checks. Selecting a table cell does not change which side a menu condition uses.
With numbers

Menu choices: With numbers source · With numbers target.
Shows rows whose chosen side contains at least one digit 0–9. Other wording can be present. Use it to collect quantities, codes, dates, or other numerical passages for review.
Blue example: Version 2 qualifies; Version two does not.
Red: Without numbers source / Without numbers target. Keeps rows with no digits on that side, including empty text. This is the “with no numbers” check: Version two qualifies; Version 2 does not. Number words are still words, so they are not detected as digits.

To find a source containing digits whose target has none, enable With numbers source, then click With numbers target twice so it becomes red Without numbers target. This can locate an omitted quantity. Inspect the wording: a target may legitimately spell the number out.
Only numbers

Menu choices: Only numbers source · Only numbers target.
Shows rows whose chosen side contains digits 0–9 and no letters. Spaces, punctuation, and symbols can still be present. Use it to inspect numerical cells such as dates, amounts, or quantities without ordinary wording.
Blue example: 1,250.00 and 2026-11-01 qualify; 12 kg does not because it contains letters.
Red: Not only numbers source / Not only numbers target. Excludes those numerical cells. Version 2, Version two, and empty text can remain. Use it to leave numerical-only cells out of a wording pass.
Without numbers and Not only numbers are different
Without numbers excludes any text containing digits. Not only numbers can include a sentence containing digits, such as Version 2. Choose the condition that answers your question.

Use the table filter bar’s Clear all to remove its searches, conditions, matching options, automatic result restrictions, and sorting. This restores the rows in the open file or View. It does not open files outside that scope.
